6. What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?
If you have forgotten your password, we will need to reset it for you. Click down to Lost your password and provide your username and/ or E-mail there where you`ll get new e-mail through which you can create new password.
7. Can I pick-up my orders at your facility?
Yes, you can do that. The shipping charge will not be added when you come to our place instead of delivering it.
8. What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?
Please do not accept delivery of the product and email or call us in order for us to follow up on the situation.
9. Do I need to type my address everytime I order?
No! You don’t need to type the address every time you place an order, and we dont forget our customers! An address once used will be saved in My Account > saved addresses link. You can go to your saved addresses and modify your default Shipping (delivery) address and Billing address. Save time, Keep shopping.
10. By registering, will I automatically receive marketing emails from you?
No registering does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter. If you don’t wish to receive our newsletter, and yet want to avail the benefits of being a registered user, just click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter
11. Will I get notifications on new arrivals, deals and discounts?
You’ll be notified of all the offers via emails sent to your registered email id.

1. What are the modes of payment for purchasing on Gajabko.com?
We accept Cash on Delivery and Direct Bank Transfer for now. We will provide other payment services asap.
2. What is Gajabko`s Shipping Policy?
We strive to deliver your orders at your doorstep as swiftly as we possible, in accordance to our Shipping Policy. For more informations, Please check our Shipping Policy.
3. Will I get a call before delivery is attempted?
The day we will attempt to deliver your order, we may notify you via an SMS. Additionally, we will call you if we are unable to locate your address.
4. I was not home when the courier person tried to deliver the order. How can I get my order now?
The field executive will make no less than 3 attempts to deliver your order at your address. If you wish the order to be delivered at a preferred time or at a later date, please coordinate the same with the field executive/ courier person, when he gets in touch with you.
P.S- If we fail to deliver your order after 3 attempts, the product(s) will return back to us and your order will automatically get cancelled. Refund, if applicable will then be initiated within 4-5 business days.
5. I had purchased two products in an order but want delivery of both the product at different addresses. Is it possible?
A particular order can only be delivered to a single address. As a suggestion, we request you to place two orders for different addresses
6. How do I check the current status of my order?
You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the ‘My Account’ section. In the My Account page, click on the ‘My Orders’ link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the ‘Order Number’ link.
7. I am going out of town. Can you expedite my delivery?
Express delivery is our forte, and we always aim at sending the products as fast we could. However, the road are not manufactured properly due to which there might be a minute late for a delivery. Still, we are working to provide you the best of experience, in terms of deliveries.
8. Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Sunday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
9. Is it possible to place a replacement request?
We can only replace the product if there is an actual defect in the product.
10. I received a damaged/different product, is it possible to replace?

11. I am not satisfied with quality of the product, can I get it replaced?
It is our aim that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us and we might accept your request if it falls within the Shipping and Return Policy.
12. Do you allow exchanges?
Yes! Of Course! We offer a one-time exchange facility wherein you can raise an online size exchange request for a product (just once) and we will replace it for you.
There are certain limitations to exchange. Please read further for details.
- Size Exchange is not allowed for certain categories and products sold by Gajabko.
- Size Exchange can be availed only once on a product in an order
- Exchange for bundled products is not allowed.
13. What is the exchange process & how soon can I expect the exchanged product?
Below is our elaborate exchange process.
Step 1: Product Pick Up
Our field executive will pick up the return product from your address within 2 days of your raising a request. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Step 2: Product Quality Check
Once the product reaches our warehouse (usually within 5 days) a quality check will be performed (within 2 days).
Step 3: New Product Dispatch
The new order shall be dispatched within 24 hours post a successful product inspection of the returned product(s). We shall also keep you updated via Email and SMS.
Gift Vouchers and Coupons
1. How do I get discount coupons/voucher code?
Discount coupons are provided by Gajabko.com at our discretion when we are carrying out promotions. Gift Vouchers can be purchased by contacting our Client Relations team by phone or email. Please see the Contact Us section.
2. Where do I find the actual coupons/voucher code?
Both coupons and voucher codes are digital in nature and will be applied to your cart upon checkout.
3. How do I use my discount coupons/voucher code?
Please enter the codes at the time of checkout to avail of the discounts.
4. When do these coupons/voucher expire?
Each discount coupon and gift voucher will have a different expiry date. Please see the Terms & Conditions of each individual code.
5. Can I share these coupons/voucher with friends?
Discount coupons cannot be shared/transferred out of your account. However, it is possible to buy a gift voucher and present it to your friend, who can then use it on the site.
6. How is the coupons/voucher value being applied to my shopping?
The particular code/voucher will be applied to your cart at the time of checkout, deducting the coupon amount against the cart value.
7. I am unable to use coupons/voucher codes on certain products. What’s wrong?
This might be possible when the coupon or voucher is not valid against certain products. Please check the Terms & Conditions of each code/voucher.
8. My coupons/voucher code is not working properly. What can I do?
Please check the expiry date to see if its valid. If it is valid, please contact us to sort out the issue.
9. What is the return policy for items purchased with coupons/voucher?
The standard return policy of Gajabko.com is valid for items bought with coupons/vouchers.
10. Can remaining coupon balance be used again or refunded?
Coupons and Vouchers are only valid for one transaction, and no balance will be refunded if the entire value is unused in a single transaction.
11 Can a coupons/voucher be used more than once?
No, coupons and vouchers are only valid for one transaction. We suggest using the entire value of your coupon/voucher in a single transaction to avoid losing out.
12. Can more than one coupon be used towards a purchase?
No . Unfortunately, only one coupon code is accepted per purchase.
13. Can a coupon be used to pay for delivery?
No, coupons are only valid for certain products on the website. Please check individual Terms & conditions of your code/voucher.
14. Can gift vouchers be used in conjunction with a discount coupons?
Yes, a gift voucher can be used to pay for a transaction after using the discount code for that particular transaction.
15. Can I sell physical gift vouchers?
No, gift vouchers are supposed to be given to your friends/family as a gift after being purchased from Gajabko.com. If it is sold again, the code will be invalid.
