Currently, we only offer delivery inside Kathmandu Valley and aim to deliver within 2 business days after the order confirmation.

– The day we will attempt to deliver your order, we may notify you via an SMS. Additionally, we will call you if we are unable to locate your address.

– Kindly refer to your individual order for Delivery charges. However, all orders over Rs. 3000 will be delivered for free.

– If the delivery happens to be on a holiday, the delivery will be made on the following day.

– Accurate delivery address and contact number should be provided to ensure timely receipt of your purchases.

– Delivery will be made to the specified address after order confirmation via phone call or email.

– A delivery receipt will be provided to the recipient. Please ensure that you sign a copy of the slip and provide it to us.

– The same products will be delivered as seen on the web-store and/ or on your monitor. However, it may vary slightly in appearance, size, design and color.


We value the time of our customers and Gajabko Team. So, Please check your order once you receive the delivery and then, sign the receipt.

Gajabko does not provide refunds but we will exchange the product after 2 days we deliver when it comes for clothing / shoes cause there might arise problem when it comes to fit in your body. In case of other products like Electronics and other Accessories, we`ll be waiting till you open and check the product carefully. If the product happens to be damaged then you have to immediately contact us so that we can exchange the product by a new one. Customers cannot cancel their order so please make sure you are going to purchase or not before ordering any product from

Same product will be exchanges in case of damage. Change of Mind is not applicable in case of Return/Exchange.
